Water For People helps people in developing countries improve their quality of life by supporting the development of locally sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities and health and hygiene education programs.
Colorado Consumer Health Initiative
More than 200 local and statewide organizations and individuals currently participate in the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative, forming a unified voice for consumers in Colorado’s health care reform debate. The Colorado Consumer Health Initiative is working to empower consumers to know more about the health care system, and to provide tools for improving it.
JVA Consulting in their work with the Susan G. Komen Foundation – Colorado Chapter
From start to finish, JVA works with social innovators to identify challenges, come up with solutions and make sure they have a lasting effect on communities.
Girls on the Run – Colorado
Girls on the Run is a non-profit prevention program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Their curricula address all aspects of girls’ development – their physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
The Children’s Treehouse Foundation
The Children’s Treehouse Foundation is the nation’s only organization providing hospital-based, cancer-focused, psychosocial intervention training and programming dedicated to improving the emotional health of children whose parents have cancer.
Washington Park Cares
The mission of Washington Park Cares is to help neighborhood seniors connect with services and resources to continue life on their own terms, with dignity and independence, in their own homes.
A Capitol Hill LGBT Community Collaborative
We have joined in partnership with several local organizations to assess the needs of the LGBT senior population in the Capitol Hill community. An ad-hoc workgroup of representatives from over 6 health and human service community organizations are part of this endeavor and Sage Solutions is looking forward to working with them to accomplish their goals.
A Wrinkle in Thyme Farm
This is a woman owned and operated farm in located Western Foothills of the White Mountains of Maine. Their mission is to serve as a role model for other small farm business owners and create a space for learning and personal growth for those who visit.
